What did you use for the exhausts? I've used Autosol on my ST exhausts but they still don't look that good! Is it possible to get the inside of the exhaust looking clean again or will they always have black soot in them ?
Cleaned the inside.
Makes me miss minePolished my exhaust tips - don't think they'd ever been done before. Still a few spots of tar on there, so I'll get some tar remover on it when I've got some time.

. Do you just use a or does it require special application? How did you go about getting such a good effect? I'd like to know what I'm doing before I start on all 4. Do you just use a or does it require special application?

Mine's a '99 car! Not so newIt was dead easy - I just used an old rag and lots of polish. The dirt around the edge of the exhaust was very stubborn and took a lot of rubbing and polish application, the chrome on the sides was dead easy to clean - most of the dirt came off in just a couple of wipes with the rag. Bearing in mind your car is newer and lower mileage than mine, I'd imagine it'll be very simple for you.

engine bay in my Celica is very tight loads of sharp edges, guess that £230 charge included hazard pay!
