Gigabyte Z77 D3H BIOS

I have the Gigabyte Z77 D3H motherboard with i5 3570K CPU overclocked at 4.2GHz using 1.224V which is stable however I'm on F18 BIOS version and I see there is newer versions available so I was wondering if I should stick with F18 or update as I'm planning on overclocking the CPU to 4.5GHz.

Yeah try it, but make a backup of your stable bios incase the new ones dont work out, it says both them upgrades have increased stability, so ya might get a higher overclock.

try it,you can easily flash back to previous bios

the f22 is best i think. went from 12to 22 and went from 1 4gb stick@1600cl9 with [email protected], it wouldn't even boot with 8gb, to 2x4gb at 2600cl10 and 4.7ghz at 1.32v
