I'm Alive I'm Alive !!!

I'm not a medical expert, but from what I understand, something is wrong in my neck which has caused a seizure.

When I fell, I hit my face very hard and was unconscious long enough that I caught pneumonia.

I'm still a bit peculiar, but doctors have told me things should return to normal soon.

P.S. The NHS did an amazing job despite their problems.

I thought that was normal for 4T5!? :p

Your bike must not know what the hells going on if it's not been ridden or tinkered with in that long!

Wow crazy but glad your ok.

Friend of mine had a brain haemorrhage randomly on a night out and lost motor skills and became tired. Worst timing as everyone thought he was just drunk at first but lucky everyone realised very quickly it wasn't the drink. The reason I'm saying is sometimes random things happen for unexplainable reasons.

The NHS is in a Shocking state so get Private for those you care about. Nowt wrong with the Staff but the System is ******!!!

Glad youre ok mate, but have to completely disagree with that. When I was knocked off my motorbike back in August, the emergency care that I received from the NHS was absolutely incredible.

Woah, glad you're ok dude. I could have popped over with some flowers if I'd know, I'm sure you're just up the road from me.

Jeez Mal, glad to hear you're OK. Incredibly fortuitous timing for someone to find you, admittedly a bit earlier would have been nicer but hey. :D

Hope you have a speedy recovery and manage to have a great Christmas.

I think that's kind of the point he's trying to make, at least from my experience of the NHS the service itself in terms of paper shuffling and general pain in the backsideness and the delays and things that go with it are terrible but the amazing staff who really do pour everything they've got into their jobs do a very good job of making up for the weaknesses in the system and provide brilliant care.

Personally I think the NHS is just like the police all the staff are great but their hands are tied behind their backs from punitive legislation. Obviously some is there for good reason.

I'm 51 but still not 100% sure about that Yet :o

I did not mean to infer the Staff were in any way less than Miracle workers who are under rewarded for the commitment they show under terrible conditions. The System is the problem Not the Staff.
For Instance my Bloods were coming back on the mend Saturday morning but there isn't anybody there Qualified to sign you out till Monday rounds so there's 2 days a bed & resources is Wasted that could be used for the next person or at least used to relieved the stress on Staff.
I Ended up Checking myself out Saturday as I just could not stand to be surrounded by dying people any longer & use up resources I no longer needed. The whole experience is like a Horror movie laying there listening to people screaming to be left alone to die then actually waking up & some of them were Dead. :(

I've seen what it's like for you at the end in the NHS & Trust me it's not nice.

Anyways, Appreciate the comments people I really do, Happy Xmas All. ;)

Blimey. Glad you are ok now and will get better. Your later posts seem to be making more sense so I'd take that as evidence you will recover fully.

Happy Christmas to you too. :)

I remember when I was in hospital and they moved me into a ward with older people, some of them maybe a little senile. Anyway on a night they would get up and wonder around hurting themselves and others.
No-one would come in to help sort them out due to the staff been so thinly spread and I had to run around putting them back in their beds because no one else was about.
The staff were really good at what they did but they were just overworked and to few to keep up.

Glad your ok and back with your family. Not letting your people down paid off.

Merry Christmas.
