What's your current internet uptime?

19 days.

For some reason the most I seem to get is 40 days give or take. I sync about 3-4Mb off max (fttc). Recently it seems like it holds for around 40, resyncs at max. Holds for around the same, disconnects then back to syncing 3-4Mb below and repeat. I assume dlm is playing games, but not really an issue, so meh.

Virgin media :

Uptime : 3 days 11h, since they had an issue, and around 3 days prior to that with another issue.

reliability since i've been on virgin has been woeful, i've had more issues on virgin in 2 yrs than i had in 10 on an old copper wire service.

had all the "but the virgin line is so much quicker", that's not a lot of use when you can't use it.

Virgin is OK, ...until after midnight when it all goes to hell and its ping defies our concept of infinity.

The wireless hub has about 1/100th of the range of a cheap Chinese doorbell with a flat battery. We are talking around 3 meters before it's failing, I sh it you not.

I don't believe the almost weekly reboots are anything more than a placebo while the network tries to reconnect.

They could fix all this overnight by just going back to supplying a solid modem and letting users upgrade their router,
but they are ****holes so they won't

Best to just run the hub in modem mode and use a decent router? picked up a tplink archer c9 and its been a lot better since.
Uptimes at 4 days but tbh didnt have many issues with the hub 3 ;)

2139:08:04 with sky fibre

give or take 89 days, would have been longer but changed the position of the router for better wireless coverage

I must have an odd one as there is no modem mode on mine (or it's not matching the instructions on the web)

As a botch, I've added a second wi-fi access point and I connect to that, but it's a cheap Belkin and barely more capable than the virgin box.

I just followed the following instructions. The option as detailed in the guide. Not a massive difference in modem only mode just ping times are slightly lower.

At work we're on 480 days - think we had to move something otherwise it would have been longer.

At home only 85 days as I'm always messing with things.

Yep I looked at all those, mine looks different
