Sometimes they do. Rarely, but you do get the odd great price.

Will check and see if there's anything and compare the price like I normally do. Just never seen anything on sale that is cheaper on steam that I wanted as yet.
Older gamer still got back into games when I get a new Rig.
Disappointing as I’m getting games for when the new PC drops. Nothing tempts me and the one game I’d just get to support only has a crappy 15% off.
Sid Meier's Civilization V with all the DLC for just over £8 (Sid Meier's Civilization V: Complete Edition) is the only thing I have seen so far.

If people think it's that clear (and care) they should report them, moaning on forums isn't going to achieve much.
Been racking my brains trying to think of games over this year I was interested in. Lord of The Fallen was one of them and I forgot about. Cheers
Same here - looks just like the type of game to enjoy over the Christmas break...

So am i right in thinking whatever a games sale price is now, it wont improve over the course of the sale?
And at 6pm each day, are new games added to the sale or are they already that price but they are brought forward to the front page?

Ok mate thought so! Will take a punt on some stuff then! Fancy resi 4 hd, ff7, ryse and banner saga!
So at 6pm each day they just advertise games that are already on offer anyway?

Nice picks, hope you like the quirky gameplay of Transistor and Sunless because the stories were well worth it.
Fell for the Lords myself, as well as Banner Saga.
I picked up:
Victoria 2 (the complete pack with all DLC)
Medieval 2: Total War also with the Kingdoms expansion
for £12 something. Pretty good deal especially as Victoria 2 can easily lead to hundreds of hours of game play.
Edit: Oh and I picked up Kerbal Space Program as well. I haven't been following the PC gaming scene for the last year so haven't heard of it. Glad I managed to get it on sale it looks like a pretty awesome game.
