Don't feel bad about what she wants to do with her life, it is her choice. You enjoy your Christmas, you have nothing to feel bad about apart from that you were stronger than had more will power than many men out there.

Sounds a bit to me like OP proper fell for this girl while talking to her. Realises how many blokes she sleeps with and is consumed with a jealousy/pity reaction and is now pining about her.
