Just put one in my basket to see if the free shipping applies to us up here and surprise bloody surprise, no free shipping for us up here as usual. Instead its £15.30 for DPD's 2 day service. I only did it to check and didn't want to buy a chair but why say free shipping when a fair sized proportion of customers can't get it?
 
Whats the usual delivery price on the chairs? I'm looking at picking one up but was hoping to do it after New Year, can always wait for a sale though if the delivery is quite expensive?

I ordered a DX racer a few months,due to new site issues it was trying to charge me for delivery ,£18 it was!

Got it refunded tho :D

Got my Vertagear SL5000 2 days ago and after putting it together, I have to say I'm in love. I didn't know chairs could be this nice.

I was always a bit suspicious of the "racing" chairs but the level of comfort, support and build quality is a completely different level.

The chair is rock solid and runs silent (my old chair was pretty creaky and noisy and drove my missus crazy). I'm a big guy so having a chair that can carry the load matters.

The most amazing thing though is actually sitting in the chair vs. my old officemax chair...the support for your back, the many ways it's adjustable and the quality of the leather - it's a 10/10!

I like the way nobody from the shop responded to this!! It's the same story with the 8 pack overclocked bundles that are supposedly free shipping to everybody including non forum members. It's just free to anybody south of Dundee then and not free for everyone. It's just not good enough and it's no wonder I shop elsewhere these days.

I stopped shopping here in 2014. I feel your pain mate.
 
Typical isn't it, I spend a long time in hospital, come home and find the ideal chair for me, but log on to see that the offer is finished and worse still, its now out of stock!! (although Chug has said it finishes Monday)

What chair? I'll honour the deal once they are back in stock, just trust me when you're ready to buy. If it's the SL-5000, due date is approx 18th January.
