Wifey wrapping presents and I'm having a drink, watching TV and reading up on how best to cook tomorrow's goose. Never had goose before.
 
Fire. Whisky. Hot fresh mince pies with clotted cream.

The only fly in the ointment is the missus has grabbed control of the jukebox lol.

Still, if that's all I have to complain about I'm in a much better place than a lot of people :(

Industrial units in the right ball park seem to be like hens teeth..
If it's perfect size, location and price it turns out to be B1 usage only
"light industrial" is no good for automotive repair as they moan like a 2 dollar whore about possible pollution and on top of that the back street type outfits leave a bad taste in the mouth of most landlords that as soon as you mention car repairs they start sucking through their teeth..
Every man and his backstreet dog seems to be doing car repairs too. Not quite going as smoothly as planned no :D
We'll get there though, don't you worry.
 
Was working a really long shift until 2, now having a beer. Got to be up fresh and early though, so shower and bed it is. Tomorrow morning is pressie time for the littleun until the inlaws arrive, then I'm off to the pub until some onholy hour. Best of both worlds
 
Watching that new film based on Moby Dick, In The Heart Of The Sea..

Mehhh...not great tbh. Still worth a watch as it's Ron Howard.

had the last couple of days with the mrs and she's seeing family for xmas so ive got a couple of days doing what I want :)
