Buying i7-6700k, need suggestions!

Hi,
I'm wanting to buy an i7-6700k and I am unsure as to which motherboard & RAM to go for with it. I have around a £500 budget, take off the processor which leaves me with around £180.

Hi, I have seen that bundle earlier but I kind of turned it down a bit because there is no fan included.

Also, Snips, I'm only really going for an i7-6700k

Fair enough

I only suggested it as I think Skylake is overpriced for what you get and considering x99 isn't dissimilar in price, it's a worth while purchase

I'm not going to overclock. But I've heard that apparently the boxed i7-6700k comes with a fan, and the OEM doesn't, can anyone confirm?

Unfortunately Intel stopped supplying coolers with retail chips now.

Retail has a 3 year warranty vs 1 year on the oem chip.

The mouse you get with the motherboard makes it a good deal, and the cooler is good but can get noisy.

Yeah, I don't mind the noise as I found that I can replace the fan in the future.
And I'll probably just give the mouse to my dad since I already have a Corsair M65 RGB.

If you're not going to OC you're spending extra for no reason. The i7 6700 (non-K) does come with a fan, and you can also find cheaper feature-complete motherboards.

I'm getting the K because I might want to consider it in the future, when I have more money for things.
