It happens randomly, and has happened almost 10 times in the last 5 hours and as ive just built the PC, what could be at fault? It is my mouse keyboard and headset that get disconnected, it seems like they are crashing and restarting, but nothing has popped up.
I came from the system in my sig
Any help or advice is appreciated!

Could be one of the USB devices, just had a similar issue with my wireless dongle, System has been flakey for months but swapping the dongle seems to have fixed it and my chromecast doesn't seem to buffer constantly now also. Try removing an item at a time and replace with a backup if you have one and see if that resolves it. If not could be drivers or a dodgy mobo, check your event logs for an idea.

Issue is, I literally only have mouse headset and keyboard installed, and dont really have replacements, and the only way I realize, if im not gaming, is the fact my keyboard LED's flicker...

Do a fresh install first and update the BIOS (use Qflash to do this).

Then go from there.

Updated the bios after i got the board as i couldn't get into the bios.
I have plugged the devices into the usb 2.0 ports and they now work perfectly...

It is not unheard of...for some older usb devices designed and built during the usb 2.0 era, to not be totally happy working when connected to usb 3.0 ports. :(

Or failing that...
check this is the correct motherboard and download from here

Another way to check whether the usb 3.0 driver is installed..is to go to device manager, and under 'Universal Serial Bus Controllers'... see if you have an 'Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller' listed
