**** The Official Google Nexus 6P Thread ****

Recently I started having issues with Gmail not displaying notifications of new emails, I have to go in to the app and manually refresh to get my emails.

This happens even when I have been using my phone for a bit, rather than being on standby for a long time.

Any ideas what is causing this?
 
Well at least the audio mode/until next alarm bug has gone now that new years has come about. So yeah...there's that. :p

Cant find those Orzly cables for a tenner, £18 everywhere. :(
Really need to get some C cables as relying on the 0.25m one it shipped with is getting to be a faff, taking it everywhere.

To fix this you can go into the apps, hit the cog at the top and turn off battery optimisation for Gmail (and any other apps your having the issue with)

Its a work around but should fix it until its patched.

It's hard to stomach 200 quid just for front speakers. Which is the main benefit I between the two for me
I expect the g4 is more comfy in the hand too
 
Like I said, horses for courses. I can hold the 6p perfectly fine, like its quick charge, dont like the look of the lg, dont want leather, its speaker placement or its stock experience so I'll pay the extra for the 6p.

So its easier to justify. If the LG suits you, good luck with it!

Id prefer stock, but doesn't bother me.
Quick charge is appealing
Front speakers are very appealing.. But 200 quid? I could buy a cracking pair of headphones for that
If it was 100 I'd get 6p
 
Looking for a decent car mount and charger, I've read about issues with magnetic mounts and photos appearing upside down and having to tap the back of the phone?

Charging wise is the Tronsmart Click Me any good?
