Driving highlights what ***** most of the population are.
Slightly off topic, but what do women get up to before they drive off?
No doubt, there's an ever increasing number of people who get a kick out of wasting other peoples time to make themselves feel better.
Some can be.
The best is when you just get a spot on a full car park and you see a car crawling along doing his upmost to find an empty one or someone who is about to leave.
That's when you give the driver a smile, reverse out and as you see the beam shine upon his face, you straighten up, go back in, get out the car and walk off with a spring in your step.

(Indeed, when I fill up I will park away from the pumps before going in and paying even when I am just filling up!)
From my observations, the flow goes something along the lines of -
Check and adjust makeup,
Facebook,
Search for any random object in cave of a handbag just to confirm it is still in cave of a handbag,
Become angry at male for suggesting the handbag is a mess,
Check phone and confirm all note lists are still intact,
Adjust note lists accordingly,
Facebook,
Contact their mother regarding something in the distant future which is suddenly of utmost importance,
Seat adjusting....so much seat adjusting,
Usually once the above process has been completed, it is then ok to blindly reverse out of the parking space at up to 100mph.
The one that gets me is the local BP/M&S.
You have somebody at the head of the queue at the pumps who after having filled up just leaves his car there blocking the pump line and then spends the next 15 Minutes inside doing his shopping!
There is a parking area 10 metres away, dead ahead, right in front of the shop!
Why the #### don't people who want to shop use it and leave the pump line free!

If you want spiteful, overtake anyone on an A road.
Sat behind someone doing 40 on an NSL road, moved to overtake, he speeds up next to me so that I'm doing almost 70 by the time I get past him, he will then tailgate me for the rest of journey while I do a speed more appropriate to the limit. This has happened so many times I have lost count.
Counterargument:
Last year I was listening to a podcast in which a survey was conducted (USA I think) in which a University group timed how long it took for a driver to leave a parked space (a) when no one was waiting for the space and (b) when another driver was waiting to take the space.
This was a large sample size which included taking such measurements on the roadsides, at petrol stations, car parks and supermarkets.
It was found that the time for situation (b)was more than double for (a).
No, he was walking at the time. I'm not suggesting he randomly go about assaulting people, but if a child is in your face mouthing off then they need a spank. No need to be a nation of pussies.
