Looking at a BTL property on Dale Street in a brand new building. Any thoughts on the area? Typical rent on a new studio?

Dale St is pretty much downtown Liverpool, so be prepared to pay for being smack bang in the centre, next to the town hall etc. Area is busy and nice. My friend lives just around the corner in a lovely flat and pays 750 a month in rent!

It's post like this that remind you how expensive the south / south east is... I am about 30-40mins from London on the train and £750 is pretty cheap!

Having just looked at prices down south, I can see why £750 seems cheap...
The centre isn't too bad, I'm a local and you'll find me on the floor of the Krazyhouse most weekends.

He's going to be concerned about rental yield and not letting the property out to degenerates.
