GFX card upgrade advice

Hello folks. I need to upgrade a gfx card that can run the following game:

I have already spent a long time looking at cards similar to those recommended in the link, however the recommended cards are upto 10 years old and not available new or only available used, which I am dubious about.

So basically I would appreciate any suggestions of a suitable new pci-e card, as cheaply as possible. It's not for a hardcore gamer, just for someone who wants to run the above game.

It's a windows 7 pc, btw.

Honestly, you'd have to look at used. Cheapest new you could use is something like a r7 250 or a gtx 750, though if he is using an AMD APU he will have similar IGP power as the 250 tho.

Used, look for a gtx 660 or a radeon 7850/7870.

As regards used, I suppose it's a difficult question, but is there much risk involved in buying used gfx cards?

Do they deteriorate much with use?

Even a very modest modern GPU will run that.

It really depends on who you buy it from, if you get it from a reliable seller (based on rep), you should be fine.
