So over the past 6 months I seem to have piled on the weight.
completely my fault been stressed out doing up my first home and so takeaway/convenience food became a staple. I have noticed I have been lethargic and my work ethic has plummeted.
Watched the Netflix documentary "Fat sick and nearly dead" where he Juice fasts for 30 days and continues on to 60 days. looses a shed load of weight and looks a hundred times healthier/happier
so I thought I would give that a go try and lose as much weight as I possibly can before my wedding in may and also see if i can kick start myself into trying to eat better.
I am on my first day going to try for 7 maybe 10 days. had one for breakfast and one on lunch an I am doing alright. normally would have visited the vending machine twice by now ontop of breakfast/elevenses/lunch.
anyone else on a diet or trying to eat healthier or done something similar? anyone had good results?
I know its a bit faddy and not really maintainable but it seems a good way to introduce a lot more veg into my diet.
