Recently updated my bios from 1.8 to 1.9 and now my PC will not boot if i have the XMP profile enabled.. Can i flash back to 1.8 without a problem?

Went back to 1.8, had all sorts of crazy shiz going on. Windows Recovery/Files Missing/BSODS. Had to reinstall windows but works fine on 1.8 again.

Moral here... Don't update your motherboard BIOS unless you absolutely have to.

No real improvements from 1.8 as far as I can see.

Out of interest. What method did you use to actually update your BIOS?
