Easiest Top Up EE

Hi Guys

Silly question time! I've purchased a new handset and SIM for my father in law and its PAYG, whats the quickest way to top it up

I've heard you can create an EE account and tie a payment card to it, or send an sms of sorts to top up ..

Silly question but I've only ever had pay monthly deal so not sure whats best

Ok, I have a payg ee sim. I have an online account on the ee website. I've never been able to top it up online so simply top it up via the card at our local One Stop Shop. For some reason the online method always fails. The online method may work for u. I had a payg data sim with ee last year and couldn't get topped up online either.

On the other hand I've only ever topped up the one in my spare phone via the online account linked to it ...

I used to top up online. Can't remember ever having to need an account but it was a while ago.

Oh I'm sure it works for most. I contacted EE support and was assured it would work after they looked into it. Still doesn't. Can't input a credit card as always get 'Opps something has gone wrong, try again'. Even tried debit card and the mrs's credit card ... with her authority of course

I use the EE app top up credit, which is automatically converted to a bundle.
