Not if you're an anti semite it doesn't!

Well, there is that, but is anyone likely to admit to that?

There are racists on this forum, but they don't like to admit it. I expect antisemites would be of a similar view.

One and the same thing really.

I'm certainly not a fan of the Israeli approach to Palestine and the continued crimes and war crimes but to try and deny Israel exists is just lunacy.

Why is it lunacy? It has simply never existed. The only reason why a state of america is called Israhell is to give the yanks greater control on the middle east.

This does not conform with expectations of the forum. Please post respectfully. Gilly.

I've modified your post. Please post large images as links or in spoiler tags and do not hotlink either please. You've also missed the point on posting in a respectful fashion. Can you read the announcement available at the top of each forum please?

We can all point to old maps on which countries and boundaries have changed. Does it make a difference to the modern map? Not a jot :)

lol islam

The company I work for had a tender through for some work at the 'Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies' (funded by Saudi Arabia and prince charles of course)

I can't tell you how fast I hit the delete button.... well I can, it was instantaneous.

No I understand against the individuals who committed the violence, but should the group itself face sanctions; eg if its found it was planned by several people, not all of whom turned up?

depends... if the Palestinian supporter group organised/planned just a protest but some members kicked off then probably not - part of their reason for existing is protesting. They probably do need a warning though re: the behaviour of certain members. I mean you sometimes hear of rugby teams they get banned/suspended from students unions for a period of time over things like sexist/misogynistic fancy dress outfits... so I guess maybe they would be warranted in suspending this group for threats/vandalism/intimidation for a bit.

The Islamic society involved obviously shouldn't have booked him but you can't blame the wider university for not knowing who he is. It's much easier to vet people who are regularly on British TV.

There's no double standards here.

There quite clearly are, there has been repeated coverage of this in the media it isn't just a problem that has only occurred this year yet it carries on happening.
