Well some people turn down honours in the National Honours List here in the UK. No fuss. It's an offer and you are free to accept or decline. The MOH awards here are along the same lines. I don't see why declining it is an issue. :confused:

Given the number of shall we say 'Questionable' recipients awarded previously I think it's perfectly understandable why people would not want to be associated with it.

They should be chosen/voted by the Community anyway not chosen secret-squirrel style by the Mods/Admins.

Nor would many people but like I say, I recall it being taken badly previously, I think leading to that person being banned for a while.
