Old School Shooter Suggestions

Yep 13 was cell shaded and had pop up cartoon strip windows when u did certain things, like throw a knife at someone, it was an awesome art style.

loved loved NOLF and NOLF2, used to replay those a lot. Used to challenge myself to play though NOLF perfectly stealthy, never detected, single shot kills etc.

Freedom Fighters was a great squad tactical shooter.

Decided to give COD2 a go as I never played it back in the day for some reason only to find out it doesn't run in single player on windows 7 how rubbish is that! Might go with the Medal of Honour Sequel!

COD 2 does work Windows 7 for me. What errors are you getting?

if its saying stopped working do this

Right Click on the Sound Icon in the bottom right of the taskbar > Recording Playback > Right Click and Enable "Show Disabled Devices".

Now Look for Stereo Mix > Right Click > Enable

Soldier of fortune 2 was epic back in the day.. I wish they would release a more up to date looking game tho.

Massively underrated multiplayer mode in kingpin, lotta fun!

Can't recall a game mentioning in the word mother quite so often:)

So whilst bored earlier in the week I decided to replay Medal of Honour: Allied Assault expecting to be bored in a matter of minute I actually found it really enjoyable some of the set pieces are fantastic and it's worth a replay for the men jumping out of the wardrobes alone (something I had completely forgotten about!)

So anyway onto the point of the thread is there anything else from that era worth a nostalgic blast? I only opted for MOHAA as I found the DVD in my box of bits the other day!

MOH old school ? lol, i was going to suggest Defender on MAME or something, but we're not on the same page i'm afraid.
