The Division - Specs released from Russian UBI site

Well after reading this:

http://www.pcgamer.com/tom-clancys-the-division-impressions-from-the-pc-build/

He's raised my expectations, but hoping they didn't get a Ubibung and maybe, just maybe Ubi's going to shock us and finally deliver a cracker and restore some faith back into PC gaming.

Even if it doesn't quite match e3 2013 good, if it's fine tuned@launch and they get very close then I won't grumble.

So roll on the beta and give us a glimpse of what's coming, as I doubt we're getting all the gfx trimmings same as R6S beta.

Fingers crossed here.

I haven't pre-ordered this so I haven't got Beta access (I'm not mad for multiplayer, I prefer a good single player story experience) but I am interested in this and in seeing just how advanced everything is, I don't believe for one minute it will look like the pics I've seen but games can be made to look pretty darn good so I hope it's one of those and more importantly I hope it runs smoothly,
High fps is not that big a deal to me, If a game can keep itself consistently above the 50 fps mark I'd call it a game that runs well. Being smooth is the important thing, I've used games and mods that suffer from issues such as a stutter when you go from 1st person to scoped and that totally destroys the experience.
Please run smooth.

W3 saw a downgrade, but it wasn't a huge downgrade by any means - a bit of reshade goes a long way to making it look like the e3 footage (still falls short though). From what I've seen of The Division - it's taken a huge hit, but it's *hopefully* console footage floating about. If the PC version looks like the footage I've seen, then DAAAAAAAAAAAMN o.O

I'll wait and see then, I'm never going to pre-order again till a game is out and I can see some user reviews and screens etc.

Not very simliar to those 4k BS shots.

Is this maxed out? Overall not that impressed but it's still decent. If the game play is up there the visuals are more than good enough. Still not up there with the Bullshot's though but that is the world we game in.

Never mind we have still to see Gimpworks performance destroying effects.

That's disappointing if that is maxed out, makes top end cards less worth the investment when the PC versions never really break away from console visuals (with a few minor effects / resolution difference). Still, I hope they get it together before release.

I am calling fake on those screenshots.

As for those 4k screenshots from UBI:

Just as I said earlier on......

haha I wonder if ubi have been told/paid to remove all the snwodrop engine effects in order to replace them with the inferior gameworks effects? :D :p

Huh 1 gpu running at less than 90% to get 70+fps maxed at 4k? That's..............weirdly optimised or downgraded. I maxed out Loeb rally demo last night and got 2 980tis on 99% and fps of 45-60 with 8xAA similar mem usage.

The "supposed" PC screenshot is 1920x1080, not 4k. It is a fake pc screenshot anyway.

Thats what happens when you have AMD in consoles, it doesnt have to be just dumbed down, it has to be ****ing slaughtered to run on their cards.

I can only imagine how expensive they'd be with nVidia inside - not to mention how much weaker ;)

It would have been a hell of a lot worse if they'd tried to fit an Intel/Nvidia cpu/gpu in on the console budget.

The day PC gaming died when they went for a cheap brand to save money. You get what you pay for.

You would have at least got 1080p.
