R9 Fury X gets 30% boost in Fallout 4. Pulls ahead of the 980 Ti.

Anyone remember how Fury X was behind the 980 Ti in Fallout 4? Guess what despite it being Gameworks Title, AMD engineers have pulled a rabbit out of the hat and with the new patch 1.3 for Fallout 4 AMD has pulled ahead of the 980 Ti.

Whereas on the nVidia side it actually lost performance. With Kepler getting hammered with a 30% less performance than when it launched. Yikes!

Maybe you should discuss about substance of the topic instead of people's names. It makes you look like a fool.
 
You already made yourself look like a fool by showing your inability to use the search function.

Plenty of people are going to care what you name yourself if you want any credibility in what you post in a GPU section.

Note a single Fury X also matches Crossfired Fury X's. Clearly multi-cards not scaling as they should or Vram limitations. :rolleyes:

To answer your question. Clearly AMD's drivers team was able to do great performance enhancements despite the handicap of Gameworks.

I am not saying it will happen with all Gameworks titles.

Funny how some people are getting worked up over FO4 performance... based on a game engine that is little more than a superficial reworking of a game engine that has performance all over the place.
 
It's nice to see that amd manged to get a lot more fps out of the fury x but there crossfire result's are truely terrible with -1% scaling when compared too nvidia's close to 90% scaling and the fact that nvidia have lost nearly 30% of the fps in this game obviously mean's something is off and something that i would imagine will be fixed so this whole thread just seem's off and very miss leading.

I thought overclocker's made a rule about corp's making hidden account's and regulary posting biased drivel and trying there best to only post positive comment's about what they are doing or product's they sell. (if you doubt it please read his other thread's and post's they are only about amd gpu's or mantle/vulcan and only in the gpu section of the forum)
