being from the area, have you ever heard of this house?

Nope never. Most haunted place I've heard of in the area is an abandoned mental asylum which is a 30 minute drive away.

Some rumours went around about an abandoned factory next to a train station but at a younger age I went in there a few times and have to say. Least creepy place ever.

Yup, seems to be compulsory for estate/letting agents and people selling cars to be utterly inept with a camera :p
