Nice looking mouse. Probably not enough to get me to cancel my order for a G502 Spectrum though. I doubt I can wait any longer for a new mouse at this stage.

As a G700S example:

LMB - Fire
RMB - Aim/Scope
G10 - Reload
G9 - Grenade
G8 - Flashlight
G5 - Use
G7 - Crouch
G4 - Map
G6 - Binoculars
Scroll tilt - DPI up/down

The above is my general default. QERFCT and G all have additional options, usually ability things and spells and stuff. Depends on the game, really.
