Any phones with good speakers, good battery around £300 or less?

Can't seem to find a phone with stereo speakers and good battery for cheap.

Moto style (not enough battery)
6p (too expensive)

Seem the only two.

Concerning, that phone manufacturers are seeming to go for slim rather than features. And I dislike slim phones.

If there's nothing, there's nothing, but just making sure I haven't missed anything

Forgot to say 5.2in 5.7in max

A few extra I hadn't considered.

The Sony Z series I would have to put a case on. As I've never got on with the sharp edges

I will look at the M9
The Alcatel one looks pretty interesting! Especially with the radio feature. Is it slow at all.. Ie lagging. That's what I read somewhere?

The X style, I wish it had a bigger batter and less resolution!

Sony Z3 and above have rounded corners for what it's worth. The HTC speakers tend to be clearer/louder but the Sony phones are (totally imo) better user devices.

It's not the corners, it's the back. The flat back and edge sits very uncomfortably in my hand

Not seen a hint of lag on hers and she's never complained once about it (and believe me she moans a lot about everything!)

If you're wanting a good battery it has to be a Sony Z series - the Z3 was fantastic, the Z5 well above average, but not quite as good. Stick a bumper on it or something. :)

If you don't need stereo but want front-facing then you've got the Moto Play and Nexus 5X to throw into the mix too - possibly a bit expensive for the latter though, but I've not looked.

Should have done really. I'm sure they could have got a bigger one in as it's not the slimmest of phones. Does alright depending on usage but I find browsing with Opera or just using the display can burn through the battery. Suppose they're all guilty of that to varying degrees. All that said I can get over 4 hours SOT easily enough and have had over 5 once. But why put a smaller battery in than the X Play? Only had it a few weeks but overall quite satisfied with it.

I don't think there is the perfect phone under £300 or for that matter under £700 ;)

Think I'm going to go into a shop and try z5 again. Sounds kind of ideal. But if it's uncomfortable its uncomfortable
