960 now/soon or wait for 960Ti?

i can run battlefield 4 with everything on ultra except aa off online with full rooms at an average of over 50fps with my 960,,,can also play dirt rally with a lot of things maxed, few non important things low like crowd etc and no aa at over 70fps and some tracks over 80fps

the 960 isnt a bad card really imo for the price :)

I'd think if we were going to see a 960ti we'd already have it, it would probably be too close to a 970 so they haven't bothered is my guess, seeing as the 970 has sold a shed load they probably don't see any need for a 960ti.

The power consumption argument always makes me laugh. It's probably about 20 quid a year difference. I could manage that on Jobseeker's Allowance.

:D

Feel free to point out where I showed any concern for running costs. Starting to feel like I'm repeating myself when I say it's all about the PSU.

TheVoice - what is the exact spec of your rig including any overclocks and psu details?

i7 2600, 12GB of RAM, 400W Dell PSU, 2x 1TB WD HDDs, 128GB Crucial M4 SSD, Radeon 6870 1GB. Not overclocked.

Thanks for the info so far, 380 does look decent especially the Sapphire one for £150. I'm in no mad rush so I could wait for the next range of GPUs if needs be.
