Buying games on US PSN, region restrictions?

So like most people I'm going to buy Uncharted 4 from the US store since it releases 3 days earlier.

I've bought many US games and played them fine but the release date has always been the SAME day on both regions.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Like are Sony going to be annoying and check my console region, detect I am in UK and say I have to wait 3 days?

No the game will unlock at the time from the region you purchased it, only dlc bought from that region will work on that game though.

I really want to start doing this but I'm afraid they'll either ban or lock all the content at some point. Was this doable on the xbox 360/ps3 and did they ever ban/lock if so?

Also what's the best country to make an account for? (assuming you can't play Canadian stuff on a US account etc).

You will be fine I imported Guilty Gear on the PS4 before they even started thinking about a Euro release - Made USA account downloaded DLC and the game has ran fine in my normal UK PSN account to this day with all DLC even though it has since been released in Europe as well.

Would the Canadian store be cheaper than the US one then? I only ask because I usually only see the Canadian deals on HUKD so assumed it was because its cheaper.

I would have thought the US would get more sales/deals because they always do, loads more psn sales than the UK.

Honestly don't know mate - I have only ever used JP or US store/accounts

If they were cheaper I imagine it wouldn't be by much.
