Just to make this very clear, I was crossing the road when the bus started moving, not I started crossing the road when the bus was moving.
Racist? How did that get in there?

What are you upset about? You jumped in front of a bus and it didn't run you over?
Dear Transport for London,
Please could you provide me with the CCTV footage containing myself crossing the A23 between 6:10 and 6:20 on 17/02/2016. The footage I am requesting will be of myself crossing the road in front of the bus, I was wearing blue trousers, a grey jumper, grey beanie, brown shoes and I had blue rucksack on my back. I can provide a photo of myself in the exact attire if required. The bus was bus no. 133, reg no. LJ59 LYK. The bus was pulling off at Streatham Hill train station bus stop at the time, heading towards Liverpool Street.
Yours faithfully,
Diddums
While I agree with the OPs sentiment I do think this will be more trouble than its worth and its unlikely to get anywhere. Either way the difficulty for him now is what to do tomorrow when he gets the same driver. Meekly suck it up or throw a tirade of abuse at the driver and probably get thrown off?
I would probably be inclined to leave my phone camera running while I challenged him (not aggressively). Then wait for the torrent of verbal abuse that comes back and use that footage to put in a complaint instead.
