Motors tv on Sky

Has it gone or just me. I thought it was on Freeview as well now.
Sky ch 447 has nothing for me.

Channel is dying on its arse unfortunately. They've not broadcast any of the usual GT races live so far this season, disappeared from freeview a few weeks ago and is now on an internet streamed channel instead and have also apparently dropped off the sky epg although there is supposedly a way to get it back (I dont have sky so dont know the details but there was some discussion in the motorsport forum)

I was advised that they didn't 'withdraw' from Sky, they neglected to pay their EPG carriage fees so were removed.

Not tried this yet, but:

You need to go into the options section on your Sky box, scroll across to "Add Channels", then set frequency as 11.082, polarisation as H, symbol rate as 22.000, FEC as 5/6, standard as DVB-S and modulation scheme as QPSK. Now press yellow to scan for channels. Scroll down to Motors TV and press yellow again to store the channel, then press select. Now it should appear in the "Other Channels" tab on the options section.

Apparently the owner of the channel was getting upset with motors tv falling down the EPG order and decided not to pay for the listing in protest. I guess it worked because it's up higher now.

dont really get this channel, they haven't updated their look in years and they clearly don't employ people for quality control before it goes out to the general mass.

Agreed. I love a bit of touring cars at 2am but it couldn't look more like 90s TV if it tried!
