** EK WATER BLOCKS - PREDATOR PRE FILLED GRAPHICS CARD WATER BLOCKS **

if youre going for a single card then the predator is a great idea.

if you want to cool two cards then i suggest going for a custom full loop tbh.

Why then make them all plug together? I really only want noise reduction rather than overclocked super cooling.

Can I get a full loop system including rad, cpu and 2 gpu blocks, pump, res and fluid for the £400 this would cost me?
Cheers.
Andi.

Still waiting to confirm the 360 will support cpu and 2 x GPU - I've asked EK. I see the rad is in stock (only 1 left though!), now the gpu blocks have gone! Not my week. Also waiting for a 2xl desk mat that appears to be out of stock. :-(
Andi.

It will run a bit too hot. The lowest size I ever suggest for a dual card + CPU setup is a 480 rad.

Go on the product suggestion section and post your system spec up for me. I will do a quote for you when I'm in the office tomorrow

The 2xl deskmat is due very soon. I have some new designed ones coming.

ah good to hear. that was quicker than I anticipated!

looking forward to seeing your progress with it :)

Just an FYI,I have the prefiled block for the R9 Nano and the Predator 360 and everything holds great at 70% fan speed.
If you do not OC your GPU, it might hold 2 970s possibly 2 980Tis if you undervolt them.

I personally think this is a first step, and will only get more popular!! A nice improvement on air, in both temps and noise profile without going the whole hog with a custom loop :)

But with the ability to expand to a custom loop without the need to sell the existing gear.

That's certainly my plan a little down the road.

Not knocking it at all its a great way to get more people into the world of wcing. I Just think something like a pre filled block for a 980ti non reference card is really going to have a very small amount of people looking to buy that specific item.

What EK is doing is great.

They are just the standard blocks from EK with the QD's pre fitted. I do not see what is niche? Unless you mean EK manufacturing the blocks full stop?

I understand it's the normal block but the amount of people looking to watercool a particular non reference GPU is already pretty small let alone that are already part of the predator system.

Hi Rich,

As promised here's a few shots of the product and the finished installation:

Thanks again for sorting me out.

looking good. how are you finding your temperatures?

THe GPU with a 1540mhz 2008mhz mem OC hits 45c in Witcher 3 all on ultra and 1440p. When I benched at 1530mhz in Firestrike Extreme it leveled at 40c.

Basically awesome temps! :D

Hoping that's the case. The wife is out on Sat afternoon, so I'm planning to put in a serious OC session and see what I can get out of it. I'm wondering if I can get the CPU past 4.5ghz along with a better GPU clock.
