Considering it says phone before 8am and is obviously controversial, do you think this is a prank and that maybe you should remove this poor man's email address and phone number from the internet?
 
Used to do some work for a guy who always hired eastern european women for his accounts function. They worked hard and were easy on the eye, he reckoned.

He also employed a woman who was the ex of an england football international. She gave a lot of oral sex to delegates at some conference or other. He didn't get one.
 
Yeah why wouldn't you want ex police, school teachers, and firemen? So weird.

It's utterly valid, in my opinion, to want someone who, presumably, speaks specific languages. If all your customers are French, obviously you're going to need someone who speaks French etc...

No ex police - He's up to something dodgy and doesn't want them to go running to their mates still in the force.

No teachers, firemen - Doesn't want someone who just want's it as a half arsed side job.

Eastern Europeans - He's realised they're happy to/don't care that he's fiddling the books see point 1, also work harder than Steve from the job centre that just wants his wage to go and handover to his friendly bar staff at the end of each week.

Or he's an anti British, anti establishment, anti not burning to death pleb.
 
Apparantly he doesn't want to hire me :(. Used to teach the police how to put out fires. Such a misleading advert I thought I'd fit right in.

At the end of the day no matter their reasons at least they're being upfront so no one wastes their time rather than just turning them down when they do apply.
