Online florists for mothers day

GD has hit a new low.

It's a shame you see it that way. My view is quite different.

I like to think someone asking the opinion of the users on this forum highlights the high quality of the advice provided, and in cases where someone is personally invested in acquiring reliable information such as this, it can only serve as a testament to the trust placed in the vast bank of knowledge we collectively possess.

:edit: Eflorist is good, but I have used another and they haven't let me down. I'll dig through my emails!
:edit II: Arena Flowers, and Interflora are the others.

I usually just phone a local florist and speak to them, give them a budget and what sort of thing I'm after, colours etc... and they've never let me down. They're an Interflora agent too so they'd deliver if required.

Whichever one you go for check top cash back and quidco before you order, most of them offer at least 20% cashback.

To be honest I've never found a bad one.

Just take a look in Asda or Aldi, you get a nice bunch of flowers that look just as good for half the price you would pay a florist. unless you're not going to see your mum on mothers day then forget what I just said lol

It can also seem like OCUK Spec Me threads have replaced Google... I'd ask here for advice on techy things, certainly, since so many enthusiasts of techy things are here.
But when it gets to stuff like lawn sprinklers and bank accounts, I wonder if people are just being a bit lazy - I'd personally look at some of those forums more dedicated to such things, where you're more likely to find more of the finance enthusiasts or Charlie's Dimmocks that can advise...

As far as flowers go, I just use a local place. They're not Interflora, but they have been there for ages and have a nice, easy, polished website and get top reviews on every site I bothered checking.
I always get same-day delivery and they even offer international services

That's really the same point I'm trying to make. The fact that someone would rather get an answer from here than from somewhere common sense may suggest is more suitable, indicates that people value the opinion of members of this forum greatly.

I tell you why, I dont trust a lot of online reviews. No one really bothers to praise a good service as much as they like to moan about a bad one. And you can't even trust good reviews these days, particularly as people can be paid to supply good reviews.

I ask here because I know the advice is 99% impartial, honest and comes from peoples own experiences rather than the possibility of a manufactured review. I know full well how to google, but as already stated, I prefer the advice of people I trust and converse with on a daily basis rather than randoms.

I hope this explains why I asked.

This is the best way, find the delivering florist and say how much and colours and occasion. Sending via another florist in the network or through the head office call centre/website a big chunk gets taken out, the sender gets some, the hq for transmitting, and the delivering florist the remaining. If it is a specific product from the brand it will have been designed to a cost taking into account the revenue split between them all. If going direct more money goes towards the non catalogue creation and is more unique and gives the florist more freedom. Even buying catalogue items they have replacement guides if certain flowers not available.

M&S are normally my go to for flowers - delivery is great and they always seem to last longer than flowers I buy from anywhere else.
