Upgraded the RR Sport

Isn't that a BMW only colour?

Looking on Jaguar's site, apparently not - you can select Estoril Blue on the RR SVR configurator.

What an awesome machine, congratulations!

I hadn't heard of the SVR before so I did a bit of research and found this, definitely worth a watch:

Yeah, I watched that one before I went for the test drive! It's nothing like any other Range Rover - the sound when you press the exhaust button or just put it in dynamic mode is really epic :)

SVR - nice :)
Did you look at the Porsche Cayenne Turbo S - A bit more power and less weight.

I had a sit in one at the local Porsche dealers but didn't like the interior or exterior - I'm sure its a great drive, but it's not a car I could love.

Range rover's aren't my thing but that looks like an incredible piece of engineering

JLR's estoril blue is slightly different shade than BMW's - I guess they can call it what they like if it's not the same shade

Very nice! Will you be going off roading?

Out of interest what did you get for your RRS? Mine is pretty much identical if I remember rightly.

Hah, well I feel I definitely should, but might pick some gentler lanes than I took the previous Sport on. To be honest I never did any damage that couldn't be machine polished out (other than scrub the alloys a bit).

Not sure if you've seen the whole thread, but I part ex'd the black Sport for a Full Fat, which I got £25k back for (I think it was actually worth £23K so it was just playing with the figures). Then had the FF for just 5 or 6 weeks and lost £5K on that. Expensive mistake, but I'll keep the SVR a lot longer as I can't think what on earth I'd upgrade it to!

Picking it up at 12:30 today - literally never been so excited to pick up a new car :)
