Every node has its little foibles, but I am not quite in a position where I can disclose the level of information you’re probably looking for. I like keeping my job. However, we know that people are very interested in the process tech and we intend to publish a lot more information on the architecture and the process before Polaris parts arrive mid-2016

So much for talking about polaris, they barely said anything relevant or new.

That whole AMA was rubbish really, other than basically confirming Polaris news Mid 2016, the rest of it was "i cant talk about that" or "thats not an area of the business i deal with"
Smells like the whole thing was setup just to leak that Polaris is due Mid-2016, maybe some kind of ploy to get people to hold off buying rivals cards until then? who knows..
I dunno...I thought a card that cost quite a large margin less than the 980 that can be overvolted/overclocked to within reach of the 980Ti is already quite the overclockers' dream?Maybe they will answer the overclockers dream statement they made? Not been so on any card since launch yet.

AMD marketing... AMD marketing never changes.
They are forever getting expectations up for events like this, which always, always turn out to be damp squibs.
"Ask me anything, but I won't answer. Fun for the whole family!"
