Evening All,

As I tuck in to my Bufallo burger, I wonder if anyone else has tried it?

We are lucky and have a farm nearby so buy direct, however I find the flavour so tasty, whilst being so low in fat.

With all the hype of slimming world/weightwatchers and gym heights I am positive this meat goes under the radar of many people. Why bother with the low fat cardboard crap, try some of this meat and it will change your life forever!

£4 for 2 burgers. 110g each iirc

Cheaper than buying from the farm here, need to think you are buying meat with very low fat content. Comparing it to a British beef burger with more fat I think it is very similar in price.

Edit: Sorry just noticed it was for 2!

Maybe I should buy and sell it!!!

And low fat isn't a good thing, not for burgers.
It's better meat for other things.

Plus I don't see the point of buying burgers, just buy mince.

Bison is good but not fr burger. A Bison stew is very tasty for example.

f you are making bison burger then its good to mix in some ground pork belly to up the fat content.

Agreed.

I've had venison mixed with beef before for a burger - that was pretty epic.
