In uPlay if you double click The Division is should show in the top left (just under the logo) "Preload" or something along those lines. That's how I did it.

Oh no, I just accidentally activated it when I banged the keyboard. I must've hit a key combination that, purely by chance, went to nvidia, entered the code I got from OcUK and logged into my uPlay account thus forever associating the game with my account. Sorry, it really was yours if that hadn't happened ;)

Reading the ubi forums it appears a few people are now having the same issue, my keys were purchased from GMG earlier today.
 
Said I'd never pre-order another Ubi game after WatchDogs caught me out... Had money in my PayPal so that's just been spent on the Gold Edition from GamesPlanet... Oh well.

No, it uses Tobii so I doubt the developers will go out of their way to support other peripherals
