Um,got 11 days off from today,asked for 1 week,but manager seems saw my hype train,so decided not to fck with agent and gave me all 11 :)
It was asked probably,but to many pages to look - will it be possible to play via VPN early?
 
I really enjoyed the closed and open beta. I'm holding out because I don't know how much time I will have to play.

I should just get it because there is nothing more annoying than missing the hype train and then deciding to download it on day of release and waiting for half the day while it downloads!
 
I'm wanting to buy the game, but being a cheapskate I don't really want to pay over £25 for it. Has anyone seen it available at that price?

Some real confusion on gaming forums about the UK release time.

Some sites are saying 1PM 7th others are saying 0500 on the 8TH

I know what it says on uplay but still even in the ubisoft forums there is conflicting info.

It depends on the platform:

PC:
  • The official start time is 0600 CET which is 0500 on 8th March for UK irrespective of physical/digital copy (universal release)

Consoles:
  • DIGITAL: 0001 hours on 8th March in each local time zone (staggered release)
  • PHYSICAL: 0001 AEDT which is 1300 UK time on 7th March (universal release)


So console players with the physical copies in the UK get about 14 hours play time over everyone else. Not an issue as, IIRC, the consoles and PC gamers are kept on diff servers?

Seen one stream on twitch. It's made out to look live but i think its a beta recording...

All the players are stuck at level 8 and are in the 8/8 darkzone.

Pretty sure if someone managed to get it working before launch they would stream new content not stuff we have seen before.
 
servers aren't online yet. Nobody Is playing this yet.

05:00 on the 8th is when steam / uplay will unlock your game.

1pm on the 7th is when the servers go online for all platforms. So PC / Xbox / PS4 server will be online, but nobody will be able to play on the PC servers as the digital copies don't unlock until 5am on the 8th. No VPN tricks here as the PC copies unlock at the same time worldwide.
