Photoshop - make me a crest?

Hopefully an interesting one for you! I am looking to make some stamps/uniform badges to add credibility to some fictitious documents for training purposes - but i am pretty crap with photoshop.

I am looking for something similar to:

But:

Remove all text, but where the text reads "Royal Secret Intelligence Service" it should read "Arnland Military Intelligence and Security Service"

The crown and lions need to be removed and my lions in its place:

MI6 text removed and replaced with AMISS

And whatever poetic licence you deem suitable after that to make it look cool!

As per my other requests, if this is done, once the stamps, uniform badges etc are made up, i will post a pic of your work.

Brizzles, they are awesome, exactly what i was after. I have just spent the last couple of hours trying to create my own and not a patch on what you have produced.

I'm going to use top one as the official office 'stamp' and the black one as uniform ID patches - later this year there will be guys and girls wearing your design.
