Mot and exhaust

They were adjusted on the pass mot so how can you say they were adjusted badly? As after adjusting them they have passed an MOT?

I used to like a nice exhaust a few years back but now I'm old it just irritates me no end. There is a guy in a Corsa that drives the length of our road in 1st gear so his car sounds like it's about to explode. I just want him to crash and be killed tbh....

Eugh, this, every time I hear one go by I listen eagerly for the crash and screams of pain... Always been disappointed so far

My old Yaris had 2 holes before the silencer, it's just annoyingly loud. Not sure why anyone would think that's good.

Last yeah when I literally knocked the silencer off...and drove 80miles with it hanging off...that was loud, for about 5mins it sounded great but in the end it's just not comfortable.

Argh I hate HIDs in a reflector housing. 9/10 times they just throw light in every direction - on the odd occasion they are adjusted correctly they still don't have auto levelling so every small bump in the road blinds you.

Yeah as they are hardly advisories, in theory yes, but not anything actualy wrong, ifyou know what i mean.

You just need a 'friendly' MOTer if you have an exhaust system on the limit of passing

, as long as they do all the other tests suitably. As long as the car is safe that's the main thing.

Friendly garage to get exhaust through, tbh I find it's more down to the car if the 'stricter' garages will pass it or not.

As long as the rest of the tests are done and not overlooked it's all good in my opinion.
