Ok Nex I'm home about 4ish I'll get it sorted then.

I never got the appeal of playing as a female, something somewhere is chemically imbalanced with you Tony!
 
Folded.....purchased it.....

I was not going to on the basis that I have a mountain of backlog already and with Dark Souls 3 out next month most of my time will be spent on that.

But the enthusiasm on this thread convinced me.

TBF the female model isn't far off the male one, not enough to warrant playing i.e Tera or BDO.

I'll be on tonight if anyone wants to do some of the main missions after unlocking all 3 wings, got loads of encounters still on the map to do aswell.

Currently level 7.

I'd rather look at a bit of fluff on the screen rather than a male. I play a male character 24/7 IRL, gaming is meant to be an escape to another world ;)

Clearly never played Mass Effect 3 multiplayer then. Got rather silly in some cases.

As a side note for the fullscreen thing, I've found just running it in borderless window has been working nicely.
 
Played only for a few hours of it last night and got up to Level 5. Really enjoyed it and I can't wait to jump back into it once I finish work.

Now my nephew wants in so now looking for a key but can't find a cheap copy anywhere!

CDkeys.com the best I've seen, games of this quality are worth every penny. I've spent say, literally thousands(Steam sales mainly, but full price on so called classics like Metal Gear too, and many others) over the years on games that I've played tops 5 hours.
 
Hi i have just installed this game,
and it was not updated with the latest patch.
however it tried to start itself and then i got a black screen
managed to get around that then it went into character setup menu started to set up my player
then the whole pc froze and rebooted?
i have not installed any new drivers
and none of my other games have done this i have an 6700k skylake 980ti and a pred x34 monitor.
has anyone else suffered such issues?
also the update gets to like 80% stops then it goes back from start?
so i cant even get the update atm?
strange.

only caveat is your gear has to have the mod slot. Its very rare for green stuff to have one and only some blue stuff does.4

If you have a piece of armor with a mod slot, the option to mod it just like a gun will be in the UI, If its gryed out, your armor doesn't have a slot.
 
How are people finding performance? I played the beta briefly and my rig handled it okay, but not spectacularly. Has there been an improvement in the full release?
 
A couple of hours in so far, just running solo, feels all a bit generic, very pretty (if you ignore the crossfire flicker) and performance is good.

The comparison to it being GoW mixed with borderlands is pretty close, except it doesn't have the personality of Borderlands. Every mission is just moving from cover to cover taking on wave after wave of enemies until the end boss.

Maybe it'll grow on me when I start some co-op.
