I'll be on tonight if anyone wants to group up, only at level 9 atm as been waiting for some friends to pick it up but getting bored waiting for them.

Right, if I complete missions, or all the missions on normal do I just return to the title menu and change it to Hard and can complete them again?

Not sure If I need to start a new compaign or purely change the difficulty and repeat the missions.

to change the difficulty, go to the mission and just before you start it you should see a place in the world you can walk up to and interact and change up the difficulty.

Also I just found another (what I think to be) boss. He had yellow health with armour and dropped two blues. Are these actual bosses or just elites? Can't remember if he had a specific name.

It's on the east side, on the straight above camp hudson. There's a long road with a blue tarpallin fence on the right/left going up.

You get named Yellow guys which are basically bosses.

iirc the elites are gold the bosses are more of a yellow and have an actual name above their head.

You can also do the difficulty and MM straight from the map, it'll port you to the start if your not already there.

Really tempted by this due to all the praise it has been getting here. But every time i watch any stream of it etc it really looks boring lol. Is it just a lot more fun than it looks to watch? Is it like a diablo style game but third person, aka you are grinding mobs to get better gear drops/sets etc?
