Location of future London attacks

As it's likely to happen now, I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering where they will hit us?

Personally I'm avoiding the main tourists spots.
Canary wharf should be OK given all the security. The city is probably more at risk.

Thoughts?

Can I make a request for Hounslow?

Only thing to do is live in a hut on a remote scottish island.

Or pop down to your local temple and have a chat to your mate Bob with the beard and see where his mates have told him to avoid, because obviously they're all in on it the media says so :p

London has been bombed by Islamic Extremists once in 11 years.

Why would you let that affect where you do or do not go? The Terrorists have won if you change your life out of fear.

Ridiculous thread is ridiculous.

You might aswell name the thread ' Where's the next place to be struck by lightning '

Pointless scaremongering

You are more likely to be killed by a Shark dressed as Elvis than a terror attack ( No source to back that up !! )

Air pollution, both inside and outside, contributing to 9,500 deaths in London each year

Hold your breath if you do venture outside..............

Terrorists should have learned their lesson by now - The UK doesn't give a toss about being bombed.

Firstly, terrorists are stupid - Everyone knows (or can Google) where the most strategic bombing locations are for maximum disruption and devastation, yet terrorists always hit some random place with comparatively little impact.
Heck, given where I live, you'd do far more damage to this country if you bombed my house than some semi-deserted street in Chelsea!

Secondly...
England has had the **** bombed out of it for decades by the IRA and other disgruntled parties. Thousands of bombs and bombings... but for the most part everyone just complains that their train/bus has been delayed, before phoning the wife to say they'll be late home for tea.
No-one in England is scared.

Scotland's people have a reputation for going up to burning terrorists and kicking them in.
Clearly no-one in Scotland is scared!!! :D

Wales has no targets of value apart from Eve Myles and Tom Jones.
No-one in Wales is scared.... apart from maybe Eve Myles and Tom Jones.

Ireland has nothing to do with Great Britain, but if they started getting hit I'm sure the retaliation would be far beyond anything the terrorists themselves thought possible, especially if GB wised up and took Ireland's side.
No-one in Ireland is scared.

More FACTS

1,713 people died in car accidents in 2013 - Perhaps we shouldn't drive!

1,216 people were killed by patients with mental illness from 2001-2010 — an average of 122 deaths a year.

Much more 'likely' to be killed by somebody with a Psychiatric problem than Terrorism, should we avoid going out completely?

We didn't give up after 7/7, we gave a finger to the scum that bombed us and life went on as usual. There is no point in avoiding places as a terrorist outrage could happen anywhere. They can try again but we won't sit somewhere cowering.

Well said

Why is it likely to happen now? Who are they exactly then?

I'm not sure what your point is the OP didn't mention bombings being more likely in London just because the most recent attacks have been bombs, the Paris attacks were a group of headcases with assault rifles yet still pretty recently and by the looks of it planned by the same group.

Londoners could have stayed at home after the Paris attacks worrying about going to prime targets but they didn't and came out to show solidarity with Parisians:

The Nazis, IRA and Islamist extremists haven't kept us off the streets so we will carry on regardless of any threats or terrorist outrages.
