Anyone succesfully using something to make the snapping of windows work on a dual monitor set up?

I don't always have my second monitor on so the feature of the snap would be good, and if it is on it's most likely has something full screen.

Windows key and the arrows are you friend in this situation.

Code:
Hold Windows Key and then press the arrows to snap windows into positions

As above, the hotkey works.

But with Windows 10 auto snap works completely fine for me even via mouse with dual monitors, just drag it to the side where the other monitor extends slowly.

I'm running windows 7, which appears even with slow drag doesn't snap.
Getting used to hand up to keyboard now, knew about the short cut before, but if I'm doing mouse work it's "a bit of effort"

Also it appears not to work all the time, I often have to cycle through positions.

With Windows 7 snapping with mouse on multiple monitors was pretty much impossible, 10 makes it a lot easier. Maybe it's time to upgrade :p
