I would either get that or the Bosch with the 2x 1.5ah batteries. I don't think you could go far wrong with either.
I think that you will probably end up never using your old drill again, modern 18v combis are easily as good as an old corded drill and and you won't miss not have to get the extension reel out. As long as you get the 2x battery kits you shouldn't have to ever worry about running out of power and you can be charging one while using the other.

It should do everything i need and around the house and more also the dual function with impact driver is a good choice and price
