So... I need a new pair and I searched the usual suspects. Big Tall Order etc etc. I had no luck, so I started browsing the more mainstream stores (just in case). No luck. I tried a few others.. No luck. What on earth is going on?

I am generally a 44" waist, which is usually no problem at all. But I'm a 36" leg. (I'm 6ft 8" for what it's worth). I cannot find any jeans in my leg length. Bizarre! I'm now trawling Google for reliable stores.

So can anyone recommend somewhere? What on earth has happened to the 36" inside leg?

Cheers! That's the first place I've seen with a 44x36 in stock! I have 4 Wranglers to choose from :D

Oh my. If I was a couple of inches shorter I would have enormous choice :(

Im 6ft 4 and always found next did long enough jeans. Levis do bloody huge ones too but you dont often see em in uk shops.

yeah levi's do 36" leg jeans but very hard to get them anywhere in the EU.
I'm 6'3" but have a 36" leg (32 waist) but find it impossible to find jeans that are long enough and not too baggy.
oddly the levi us store sells them but they won't ship to the UK :(

I can get the odd top from Next. But I can't get troosers or Jeans. They stop at 42L. The L is usually a 34" inside leg. So I have to go to specialist stores. Always have done to be honest, which is frustrating in itself, but for some reason the job has become even harder recently. I wish I could one day walk into a store and buy some 'off the shelf'. I would love to be able to do that.

Love my Wranglers - best jeans purchase in awhile - atleast the ones I've got don't suffer from the horrendous creep of thinner and thinner material and weak stitching that seems to be happening to all the other brands I used to buy like Levi.

Armani used to do a good range of non-standard sizing but you pay a good bit just for the label.

That's not good, although probably typical of today's standards. I have a couple of pairs that have lasted me a decade or longer, but they have just started to wear on the inside leg.

Hmm just been told by the wife that Next actually do a 44" waist and a 35" inside leg. That may suffice.

I also went from Levis to Wranglers but in my case it was because Levis tend to have button flys which i hate. :(
