The S7 has quite the jello effect on 4k recording.
Though 1080p is fine.

GS 7 and 6P/5X for android.

6P and 5X have relatively woeful video cameras.The stabilisation is terrible.

Yeah the video recording isn't the best compared to Sony or Samsung's latest phones but for photos, I would say they are probably still the best "overall", HDR+ is so good on those phones especially for low light/night shots.

for Video its the Xperia Z5 hands down, the stabilisation on that is just amazing.

Pictures are decent too but 6P or S7 is a step better

Z5 for video, SGS 7/Edge for pictures on Android. If you're going iPhone it won't matter as long as you have something more recent than a 5S.

Agree on both counts. The stabilisation on the Z5 really is astounding, and the fact that it's mostly software-based makes it even more impressive.

The Z5 is great for video, but the S7 is greater. Focus is faster, low light compensation is greater, lower noise, lower heat noise... I've had the Z5 and the S7 is just better all round for stills/videos.
