He's asking about weapon stats Gamble. You can't re roll a weapon, you have to craft another weapon of the same type if you want different stats.

enjoy it while you can - feels like a grind from about the mid-30's onwards
I find Rogue Hunting offers the most fun now. Although there's no real reward (other than the joy of killing a group of 3-4 by yourself) there's no risk anymore - it can break up the grind for the folks still trying to rank up

Brilliant night tonight, killed so many rogues when they were in groups of 3 or more. I'm desperate for yellow division tech though, found 6, had two re-crafts but rolls were poop so back to zero again. I really hate the design choice of yellow division tech
Have you got all the blueprints ?
Thats the ones to go for. You can get the gearmod blue prints, the weapon mod blueprints, the gear blueprints etc..
The blueprints are level 31 so are the very best. With the right roll you'll likely improve your stats.
Had a good night tonight, Must have earned and spent over 300 phoenix credits lol!
Current loadout:
Tomorrow I am going to work on replacing the two purple gear mods with a yellow stamina and electronics(that is what I have as purple)
I wont be looking into the backpack yet as I cant craft anything with armour as high as that.

Enjoyed tonight, made a few pheonix credits and spent them, bought a gold weapon grip (handstop od green), only to find out I had no weapons to fit it
Definitely more enjoyable in a group, and safer
Only one gold part to go for my vector, managed to do two re rolls on two of my armours and managed to gain an extra critical hit damage and gained a mod spot on another. Gave that a firearm mod for 8% extra bullets, my vector can now carry 1024 bullets and has a 40 mag with a head shot of around 30 to 60k a hit currently, still my favourite weapon so far.
Will be back on later after work around 7:30pm, need to get some blue/gold tools, weapon parts and phoenix credits.

If you have a spare hour or 2, you can always run around the main map and collect quite a few bits of yellow division tech.
I did just over half the map, picking up the all the remaining collectibles and hit every single crafting box on the way. Took me about 2 hours, but I also found a lot of superior weapon crates and standard gear that I had missed.
