At title suggest I wanted to fix the fence but someone had broke the already installed posts at ground level, So I am stuck with wooden posts and lumps of concrete where I need to install new posts.

What is the best way to break up concrete?

Dig out the concrete, that'd be much easier.

would have done that but the concrete has bonded the concrete paths. It's basically the end post. Thinking sledge hammer and chisel to save money.

If I was doing all the posts id consider a breaker on hire. Don't mind hard work but I'm a newbie builder with a spade :D

I wouldn't even know what cold chisel is best. Anyone knows a good one to recommend?

Pry bar/Pickaxe and a shovel/fork should be all you'll need. Dig down one side and use the pry bar with a piece of brick/concrete as the fulcrum and it should come out quickly and easily.

If it's connected to a path may be worth using a grinder to separate it cleanly from the path if you want to keep the path.
