


So, thw story continues! The buyer did not respond till after the MOT ran out and refused to collect when he did finally respond.
I sent him a notice explaining that I was going to take him to small claims court, and also stated I would be charging him £20 a day for storage
The buyer changed his mind and decided to pay me the £155 for the sale and also £35 for storage costs.. Then he told me to keep the car!
So it's STILL sat on my drive and I have to try and sell it again, this time with no MOT! The damn thing is never going to leave me!

Best thing is, eBay auctions aren't legally binding anyway, so he could easily have got away with ignoring your messages and not paying. Wish I had buyers like him!
