Change Play store location

I've moved country, and now I would like to change my Play store location. I've tried all the recommended ways of doing it (various Android forum posts, google's own support forums) and also called Google support to try help... to no avail.

In short, I'm pretty sure every possible address and payment detail of mine has been changed to my Australian address and bank account, and I have made a purchase using my new card / reset the Play store cache, but still no change of location.

Any clever OcUK'er have any ideas how I do this?

i had to use a UK vpn, to get my play store to change from worldwide (which is pants) to the UK store. no real trick. just cleared the play store cache once connected to the vpn.

I'm in the different country already, so no need for VPN. Just over my data, but yet I see apps listed in GBP, and I'm restricted to use some of the apps I need over here (like banking etc)
